A festival for Lord Murugan — Amma’s own chosen deity, and the reason this temple exists.
Our widest-travelled day — devotees come in from Karnataka and Maharashtra for it.
The day Amma’s lifelong vow became a temple — 8th February 1971.
Every year, Ram Navami is celebrated with great devotion at Shri Ganapati Shri Murugan Mandir. Special pujas, devotional bhajans and prayers bring devotees together to honour the birth of Lord Shri Rama and seek His divine blessings. The celebration reflects the timeless values of righteousness, compassion and unwavering devotion that Lord Rama represents.
